Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System to host festival for veterans

For service members looking for a range of offerings from various community, health and wellness groups, the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System is the place for you.

The Summer Vet Fest takes place July 24 at the Arkansas Military and First Responders Academy, starting at 11 a.m., and ending at 3 p.m.

Chaplain Service, Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Program, and also programs such as Women's Health, Stepped Care, Veteran Readiness and Employment, and more will be stationed at the affair.

Toxic Exposure Screenings will be made available by CAVHS staff, and they will also be in to discuss volunteer opportunities with veterans and other topics.
